Brian is the managing partner of the firm, with over 35 years’ experience in legal practice. Brian qualified from UCD with a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree in Economic Science, longer ago than he would care to admit.
Brian has extensive experience in trust and charity law, complex litigation and dispute resolution. He has been involved in landmark decisions of both the High Court and Supreme Court on a variety of issues including judicial review cases and employer-liability issues. Brian has advised clients involved with public tribunals and commissions of investigation. He is also a leading practitioner in the area of charities and trusts.
