Carol is senior partner of Millett & Matthews LLP . Having taken over the firm Thomas F. Millett & Co. Solicitors from her father, Carol and Brian established their own firm Millett & Matthews Solicitors in 1976. The firm is now Millett & Matthews LLP.
With over 35 years of experience, Carol advises on of a wide range of issues with specific focus on the areas of the administration of estates and trusts, and the laws relating to trusts and charitable organisations. Carol qualified in 1971 with a BCL degree from UCD, and has particular experience in the area of charities and charitable trusts.
